I mean I can buy it, I bought one a few months ago.
Where did you buy it from, when I looked to buy one the site said I could not get a new one due to sanctions
I used https://xuid.ru before. They offer

But they accept BTC/XMR and you don't need to enter any contact information what so everBeget, I think the web site you are referring to is one that has some offices in New York and stopped selling them, but there are plenty of Russian registrars that sell it pretty cheap. I think that it costs 4USD for a year. When I purchased it I put all fake information and it didn't give a fuck, but it supposedly says obviously it needs to be real, but you know, that thing is still hidden from regular folks, I think.
