This picture is from a trip to Miami. If it's sold in America, then it's what Americans wear. I agree with Japan.
That bikini top is absolutely the wrong size for that mannequin. It should be wearing a much larger cup size. If that were on a woman with the same proportions it would be as uncomfy as hell. Of course, I highly doubt the shop even stocks the mannequin's size at all because very few people have that big a cup size. So really the problem is that's a shitty mannequin.
She'd slosh impressively though, if she wasn't made of fiberglass anyway.
