She had the pot at the moment of shooting.This doesn't justify the shoot though! He was advancing on her with his gun drawn and screaming after she did everything he told her to do! Normal people are not trained on what to do when a butcher comes to your house and starts escalating the situation.
He wasn't in fear for his life. He just wanted to murder someone.
Some of these people, thread OP included it sounds like, will not accept that the pigs are slave-catchers even if the lynch mob comes to their homes specifically. You're burnin your breath with them, sis; and I pray you find a new measure of peace after watching that footage.
