Gretchen = IT
Vince = High School Coach
Gus = Accountant
Spinelli = graphic Designer

I can see all of these, except maybe Gus. TJ as a charming mofo flipping houses I can see, though when the price gouging hurts his neighbours In wonder how he'll act
