It's shown that they have multiple techniques they enjoy. Quark once got a feather stuck in his ear from some ear play.

My guess is that they don't like rigid objects inserted. They have extremely sensitive hearing, so I'm guessing vibrating objects are also a no-go.

PROBABLY not, but different people like different things, and Ferengi are well known for selling anything to anyone, so... maybe?
