Rob Reiner is a national treasure and a very definitely sane person, along with being the genius that directed Spinal Tap and The Princess Bride.
Rob Schneider... had a recurring sketch on SNL where he called people silly names while sitting behind a desk.
You forgot to mention he's the worst part of a couple of Adam Sandler movies.
