If it was otherwise healthy, it will almost certainly grow back. Most monocot houseplants are virtually indestructible as long as there's a growth node left either on the stem or rhizome and they've been watered at some point in the last six months. This does not apply to calatheas, which will die if you look at them the wrong way.
