The way I understand this meme is that the first panel represent liberal support of Ukraine, and consequently, they support Zelensky despite his ties to neo nazis. I assumed it was not calling all or even most Ukrainians as nazis; however, my interpretation of the meme could be wrong though.

  1. He presided over the full integration of Azov Battalion and other far-right militias into the Ukrainian military

  2. He has honored neonazis in the Ukrainian parliament multiple times

  3. He has attended multiple nazi gatherings as Ukraine's president
