Forgot how good that show was for the first 5 seasons or so. It ran for 9, but after the 5th, it just seemed like it jumped the shark and kept repeating the same plots over and over (which I guess is kind of meta since the whole premise is Drew's life is basically in a rut).

One thing I learned during this watch through is that the English accent Craig Ferguson used for Mr. Wick was, intentionally, the worst accent he could get by with. He apparently did it that way as a bit of a "take that!" to English actors who do terrible Scottish accents.

A fun/cringe fact about that: I was in a play in high school, my character was a British colonel, and I had to do an English accent for the part. I modeled it off of Ferguson's Mr. Wick unaware that it was intentionally, over-the-top terrible ๐Ÿ˜†

When I think about Drew Carey, I think about playing Blood & Magic and Theme Park on the family computer that was opposite the tv.
