Everyone seems to think the Depths are scary but I find it oddly peaceful, just running around and collecting poes (lemmy.ml)

I finally figured out how to exchange poes:

  1. Go to Lookout Landing
  2. Stay up top (don't go down into the emergency shelter)
  3. Go to the northern-most tent
  4. There will be a "bargainer statue" there to the right (it looks like a small Jabba the Hut with 4 eyes)
  5. Talk to it
  6. Offer it a poe when it asks for one
  7. Trade poes for stuff if you want, but save at least 100 poes
  8. It will offer to show you other bargainer statue locations in the depths for 100 poes
