i dont think the mural is separated into the ages. we can see ancient giants and emeth fight at the side of nika/joyboy(?) so i assume the entire mural depicts a past event. we can also see what looks like the bird and the worm yokai, so i think the figure they are fighting is probably imu. he also seems to be holding a sun in his hand, which might be the eternal flame

I definitely need to take another closer look! I forgot to mention I was also thinking of another possibility for the ones that have to meet-- Nika's current incarnation and at least Poseidon (if there aren't people associated with the other ancient weapons).
