Me, my twin and my brother from aunt jumped from first house floor balcony into a thin rubber pool when we were 10(and he was like 5) because we were reenacting a scene from the movie, does that mean that we were 100% aware of the stuff that could happen? It thankfully didn't except few butt bruises as usual but point stands, and that's just one out of dozens of similar stuff we did that day.

Not same comparison, but just a point that kids do stupid shit without thinking.
