Skoda Enyaq is a notoriously mid and disappointing vehicle, it's VAG after all, they penny pinch you on the weirdest shit.

Probably the id7 is the only vehicle worth considering from the VAG lineup, maybe the cupra born VZ, but I believe they didn't fix the steering wheel in that.

I had a 1st edition ID.4 and miss it so much, been waiting for the ID.7 but I donโ€™t think theyโ€™re bringing that to the US anymore. TBH itโ€™s a lot of car, too much for me anyway. Never had many issues with the ID.4 that VW didnโ€™t cover, but I sold it because it was having some issues with the displays shutting off on hot days. Big safety concern, and I still donโ€™t know if they ever came up with a fix.

Gone are the days of smaller cars. If they sold the ID.3 here Iโ€™d buy it instantly.

There arenโ€™t many good EV sedans here unfortunately, which I could imagine makes it harder for some Tesla owners to find another vehicle to switch to. Elon, fossil fuels or an overpriced luxury EV SUV seem to be the only real choices.

For now Iโ€™m making do with my sisterโ€™s old Leaf but am going to need to find another car soon, and it sure as hell wonโ€™t be a Tesla but Iโ€™m at a loss as to what. Take away the shitty Nazi CEO and the cars are (at least spec-wise) a good value. Not enough for me to overlook the rest of their faults, but enough to be frustrating when looking literally anywhere else.

They fixed a lot in the 85. There are no issues with the screen. 4.x soft. Battery conditioning. A navigation that is trying to be a mix between tesla, google, and abrp. The interior on the L&K is high quality.

Things i don't like after just driving 1000km in it. The safety beeping stuff needs to be shut down every trip and is annoying as fuck. We were singing songs and it thought i was yawning and went full berserk nearly making me crash. This thing beeps constantly and pops up the driving laws when entering a country. Same for steering corrections. So intrusive.

The satnav does not always recognize fastchargers and does not auto condition. To be fair, tesla also has this issue. At least this offers a manual option. The seats get uncomfy after a while and the massaging function is so limited compared to my peugeot 508. The kessy keyless entry just goes bonkers every time you are near the car The profiles are really annoingly implemented and are not linkable to the connected phone so we ended up having to switch manually.

Neither regular or regen driving drives satisfactory. Regen on max drives closest to 1 pedal Throughloading for ski's etc is very narrow Heated front window works well but blocks the french telepeage emitter. My peugeot did not do this When you open the door, it cuts of the navigation and android auto

You need to be in the front seat with a car that is 'on' to condition battery while charging The back usb chargers are flimsy
