On your point about Dylan's resignation, this season has shown Milchick actually was trying to make things better for the Innies than Cobel was. Obviously it didn't seem like a lot to us viewers, but the Hall Passes were legit (so far), so was the family visiting room, and we've actually seen him be reprimanded for not keeping a tighter leash on MDR. Considering how last week's ep ended, I think Milchick is more empathetic to the Innies then Cobel was and will let Dylan resign
