There is literally only one reason to do this. Microsoft found out they needed more data to feed their AI. So they thought they could save a shit ton of money by having them comb and scan through every single OS instead. They’re adding more ways for their AI to scan through data because they can. Only Microsoft benefits from this anyway I guarantee a screen capture by default will reduce performance drastically regardless of what they say.
