i’ve heard this means you probably have adhd, or something… also that’s my experience.
incidentally, coffee works better at keeping you awake than making you awake…
so if you’re already sleepy it won’t really do much, but if you’re awake and want to stay up late, it’ll work for that.
I heard that, too. Looking at my partner with diagnosed ADHD, I'm at most very low on that spectrum, but it might indeed be non-zero. Due to another condition, I am statistically more likely to have it than not.
I have ADHD, and it's the opposite: I'm very sensitive to caffeine.
Same, I'm the person in the meme. I don't get useful energy from caffeine just stress. Soda and tea are fine, but I try to stay away from black coffee and energy drinks because they tend to trigger panic attacks in me.
