Wrote it myself. I just dont think Carlo is to blame for the season. Nor do i think the reason is the lack of signings.

Nice write-up, agree with pretty much all of what you wrote.

This part seems a bit confusing though. He shifted towards the formation that was initially planned? You don't give any context to what he shifted from, if it isn't a typo in the formation.

My bad, he shifted from a 442 diamond which he had utilisednto a 4231 which was planned and forced upon him by the club.

The club built the squad but not in his image, yet he adapted to what he was given.
