I was asked, on more than one occasion, what I WANTED TO Do and then was left out of those plans by the people who asked me.

When I was about 11, I had this happen to me when I was with some 'friends'. When I naturally got upset about it, all the adults (their parents) got pissy at me and told me "the world doesn't revolve around you."
