Add a block option to the three dots menu (lemmy.world)

I would like to be able to block communities from the three dots menu. Filter option is not the same as block as far as i know.

I very much agree. Infact I think that the Lemmy block should supercede the sync block. Filtering this way means that nothing is blocked when I'm on desktop
