I made weed infused olive oil from vaporized scraps and it turned out so thick that I put some of it in capsules and laid them out on my rolling tray for a laugh. They hit like a truck btw.

This looks like a very effective way of using waste from dry herb vapes

It's certainly one of the easiest. I just grind the scraps down into a powder with an electric spice grinder, then I put them in a cup with about the same amount of olive oil and a pinch of salt for added shelf life and then I just chuck the cup in the oven as is and bake it at 120°C for 15 minutes. And that's it, no need to decarb it or anything. You can use the resulting sludge for edibles, smoothies, or just have it neat.

The taste is not exactly pleasant but not strong either. Like roasted leaves, not a hint of weed. Also this stuff will glue you to the couch more than vaping so best to take it in the evening.

No need to decarb it

What do you think putting it in the oven does? :p

Sure but usually you'd decarb it, then mix it with fat and then heat it again but you can skip the first part since it's been used in a vaporizer.

You've effectively decarbed it when you vaped it.

I've got some waste that I've been looking to do something with. Maybe this is the way.

Thanks for the tip.
