I've got an older PC that I'm upgrading and going to turn into a NAS for my house, and the poor thing spent YEARS as the living room PC in a house full of stoners. Every surface is slightly amber and sticky. Any good cleaners I can use to remove it all without damaging the electronics?

I prefer D8 these days because I'm a lightweight and generally prefer the less intense buzz. I live in a state that's not recreational-friendly and don't qualify for medical (though I would in almost any other state, ugh), so I've been stocking up on D8 carts, gummies, and D8-infused hemp flower before the federal ban happens. Even if states can opt out as I've read might be an option, my state definitely will not.

What's the best way to store those long-term?

I've found freezing the gummies works wonders. A couple of years ago when state legislature banned D8, I had stocked up on gummies and put them in the freezer. I've still got plenty, and they're just as good as they were new even after close to 2 years in the freezer. So, I'm confident that works.

I also stocked up on carts back then, and I've had mixed results after a couple years. Some of them now taste absolutely terrible and others just clog up immediately. They were kept in a dark location but at room temperature. They're still mostly potent enough to get the job done, but not ideal due to the kinda gross taste and frequent clogs.

I just bought a new batch of carts and some pre-rolls, so what is the best way to deal with them?

What I've read are light and oxygen are the main things that cause it to break down. I've currently got the carts in ziploc bags with the air sucked out and am storing them in the fridge. I don't have a vacuum sealer, but I am looking to get one for the kitchen eventually and will probably upgrade the ziploc bags to proper vacuum sealed bags.

Is that sufficient, and any other tips to make these last?

I am growing in an organic medium. I'm somewhat new to growing still as this is only my second grow, first with organic soil. I was wondering how beneficial cover crops would be in my container. I was thinking on using white clover. Even if it isn't totally beneficial, as long as it wouldn't be harmful, it would be nice to keep that ecosystem active

Got three of these in the ground and then we had a hard frost last night, hopefully they live 🤞🤞

I'm looking to get into a dry herb vape as a better alternative to prerolls. All I see online is people lavishing praise on them and real studies saying they have health benefits. Plus buying straight flower and grinding is cheaper.

Do you use one and if so do you have a reco? I've been leaning towards the g pen elite for a not astronomical price but decent looking portable build.

Apologies if this isn't an appropriate post. I am in the UK and have recently moved and am lost on finding a supply now my usual plug is too far. I am in my late 40s which makes it harder to find like minded people (IMHO). Maybe I'm over thinking it

It's the first day of school for my kids so after we dropped them off my wife and I came here because we like to puff in nature. I've never seen a pelican before, I feel like I saw a UFO or a Sasquatch or something.

My first outdoor grow, and naturally first encounter with a (cannabis) hermaphrodite.

Didn't notice the male pods until recently, luckily it's downwind mostly.

It was a weird seedling that pre-flowered almost immediately and has been in a preflower stage for a few months now. Never had leaves with more than 3 points. I'd guess some stresses early on made it continue to develop this way.

I could dig the strains and grows up, but let’s just stick with numbers for now. 2 of the batches which were stored and the bottom had some pretty bad freezer burn, they’re the greener pucks.

So after washing the cannabis a lightly press dried then immediately froze the hash in the screen. What you see here is after removing the from the screens to air dry.

On the left from the top is the collection of the third batch of collection from the 25 micron bag, under that is the second wash, then the first wash. In the right on top is the 73 micron bag, under that the second wash, then the first wash again.

Total weight is 90g but that’ll drop as it air dries.

Any Qs I’ll try to answer.

Edit, oh each batch was 350g of material, so about 2.5kg of fresh frozen cannabis for the material.

Had some issues during veg so it didn’t stretch as much as a wanted, so it’s dense and packed too, lots of airflow will hopefully keep issues at bay.

The lights not the best, as you can see at even this small height of the plants it’s not spreading out to fill the entire tent. It’s the first light I got, but it’s got Cree COBs LEDs and they put out some great intensity for their wattage, just not very good spread… it’s 250w still though.

Still trying to get my technique down, but happy with the turnout so far.

Didn’t let the rosin cure, wanted to try with some fresh rosin.

So I decarbed about a G and added some Wax liquidizer for some extra thinning and flavoring.

Letting the rosin cure should allow me to avoid the thinner next time. Just wanted to make a cart tonight!
