I'm on vacation in Spain right now. Dinner was from 22:00 to 23:00 in a local restaurant. Then we went for coffee and icecream because my 3 year old wanted some icecream. We just got back home around midnight. Just in time for bed ๐
Most restaurants don't even open before 21:00 here and it's very common to see little kids out and about with their parents.
Take into account that Spain is in the "wrong" timezone.
Correcting for this, dinner was from 21:00 to 22:00. You got home around 23:00, most restaurants don't open before 20:00.
