@piccolo What makes them fascist? They are enforcing the law. Every country has laws. Non-open borders != fascism. In fact the type of liberal social society that Californicatia wants is EXACTLY what leads to fascism, if you're dependent upon government for everything then they've already got you by the balls.

And how do you know a person is breaking the law? That is the purpose of due process. Otherwise whos to say ICE doesnt show up to your door and sent you to the gulag without any defense?

Its pretty damn ironic you are depending on the police to be the judge, jury, and executioners.

Just because it's law does not mean it's not Fascism. In Germany it was illegal to hide Jews.
