PLA: we stop and then talk to the guy when he climbs on our tank, he leaves peacefully and alive.

American police: we emptied our entire supply of bullets into one guy who had his hands up because we were scared that he might sneeze if we got too close which made us fear for our lives.

Meanwhile the kkk in blue uniforms excuse their regular executions with, 'nationally we have hundreds of thousands of non-lethal encounters with the public every day'. What they're saying is we oppress and traumatize hundreds of thousands of people every day in addition to those we murder.

Any non white person in Amerikkka would immediately be made into paste if they got on a pig's bicycle, much less one of their APCs.
