This completely skirts the issue; that homicides by police are rising. Again. No need to focus on those who are mistaken about global crime rates when there are real-world authoritarian crimes.

I don’t get why you say it skirts the issue. Media influences police officers and people who might want to become police officers.

Homicide is just a facet of crime. We’re constantly exposed to stories about theft, battery, sexual assault and all sorts of other crime as well.

Homicides in the country I live in are down, and so are homicides by police.

Yes, I will look into adding some details because I think there's a lot of overlap with the siege mentality shown by some police.
