this is essentially the turning point for the end of the democracy

The end of the American democracy is dated Apr 14, 2025. That's when the Trump regime first disobeyed a court order.

Ignoring the legislative branch is the first clear hallmark of a dictatorship. What's going on now is just the continuation.
