It accidentally got deleted when the creator got a temp ban. Mistake on my behalf. Thanks for bringing it up.

I wasn't able to find what brought that on in the modlog, and his whole posting history was deleted(!). I was really curious about what he said, and after having found and read it... wow. Thank you.
