Hey I sometimes go a few days without eating and I know how to cook, so I don't think if I had some personality dissonance id do any better.
That seems healthy.
It's fine to fast for a couple days as long as you keep your electrolytes up and drink lots of water.
yes.....fasting.....totally not just forgetting to eat until I start blacking out....hahaha....
