City is depreciating email newsletter and website for app and facebook. and I hate so many places advertising decent deals behind apps. I am not downloading an app for every fastfood chain and grocery store. Stopped going to del taco, mcd and Wendy's over shitty apps.

used to be national chain fast food was cheap, buy a meal for ~$3-6, and local chains / restaurants where more expensive, $7-15.

Now I can go to a sit down local chain for $7-20 or get a fast food for 15-20

One Christmas extended family had a Christmas gift exchange, one uncle had made a "gag gift", it was a piggy bank with pennies, I got it, he felt bad but to everyone's suprise, I was estatic. I was 5 and collecting coins, a piggy bank filled with loose change was the best present.

My sister, didn't visit for a few years then told family she was going to visit for Christmas, okay. She arrives with unexpected company, her boyfriend, she says. Family never heard about him. 1 month later she visits and goes, oh yeah, "I am expecting in 5 months". 2 months later she goes, oh yeah "I got married last week".

Funimation bought Crunchyroll, then moved everything to the Crunchyroll name.

"Crunchyroll" isn't the one doing this...it's funimation. Which, arguably, only make it worse. If funamation wanted to it would be easy....they don't want to honour those purchases.

Edit: I just found out technically Sony is the one that bought Crunchyroll and is technically "merging" them. So again, would be 100% possible if ~~funimation~~ sony wanted to.
