I strung it up and it's curing in my basement. It is very strong at the moment. I wasn't expecting it to be so..aromatic! Lol. I believe it'll be very good.

I was curious about it's name, turns out it's named after the guy who cultivated it, "Al Music" was his name. He created this variety in the 1980s

Probably closer to the 40s or 50s. Music garlic was invented in the 80s.

Ah, so they probs used Music onion as was the style at the time.
