  • F-Droid
  • Fennec (firefox variant that supports custom addon collections)
  • K-9 Mail
  • Termux (terminal + Linux environment)
  • Jerboa for Lemmy
  • Wikipedia

I use Mull which is hardened for privacy. All Fennec derivatives support custom addons and setting the collection yourself is possible.
