...why is there no preview thumbnail?
Images on this instance seem very… flaky
Well, hopefully, that improves because Jolene will be bummed if she can't be a major cat influencer in the Fediverse.
Ok, so, the "URL" box is where you want to drop the link to the image to get a preview -- i.e. take the URL of the image when you upload it and put it in the URL bar. It makes sense in hindsight.
