Isn't everyone innocent when they take those photos? Photos taken by impotent jackasses in costumes. I can't help but laugh at their dumbasses. π΄π΄π΄ππΏππΏππΏ
Yes innocent until proven guilty, I think the context for this is once one is found guilty. Hypothetically, if someone is smiling in their mugshot after having just been arrested with a bloody knife in their hand, when sentencing comes they could push for a longer sentence due to a lack of remorse. But Iβm not a lawyer, just speculating.
