How do you use dead times at work? (kbin.social)

In the upcoming days, there will be an hour or two when I won’t be able to do anything at work because of technical events happening. This could last a month. I’d like to manage my time effectively but it could also be a chance to do non-related work. What do you do or will do to stay productive during those idle times at work?

I don't try to be productive necessarily. I carry my Kindle with me, and my work laptop is a gaming laptop so I've been playing a bit of Diablo IV in my downtime. I have my own office and it's a very small business so I pretty much do what I want when we're slow. This morning I read 49 pages of Thrawn #2 between project quotes.
