MODERATORS
i think it's pretty safe to say that we'll be talking about Artsakh in the past tense in the near future--not really sure what's going to stop Azerbaijan from just annexing what's left of it at this point short of Russian military intervention (a laughable idea).
i just hope that we won't have to talk about the folk currently living there in the past tense, too
