Less than 20 seconds for me, same as lightroom
Paint takes less than 1 second on my system. 20 seconds is pretty crazy to do basic editing/blurring/cropping/etc.
Ah, it depends on the person. For me, 20 is a good time. Because I don't do basic things with photoshop.
Can't see the advantage of faster start time if the capability of the program is crap.
Anything over 5 second is pretty damn slow.
