Smartphones dominate the world. But have we become smarter by using them?
This community is oriented for people who prefer either so-called "dumbphones" or "feature phones" in order to regain control of their life.
Here is a very simple set of rules to follow:
All in all, enjoy your time here :D
Please do! It would be nice to have a bit more activity on this community.
I've been thinking about buying that kind of phone, but I'm still a bit unsure about typing with that keyboard...
It's ordered! Not sure exactly on their lead times, but when it arrives I'll get some thoughts together and see how it all plays out!
How has it been going so far?
A few teething problems - my goal is to set it up as hassle-free as possible and there are a few things I'd say before jumping into this particular device.
I know a lot of the F22 Pro versions come with gapps, this doesn't. I spoke with the guys at Qinphone and there is a version for westerners in the works but out of the box this thing is very obviously for the Chinese market - I'm going to try to do a full write up when I've streamlined things a little bit and been able to use it in my day-to-day a little more. It's completely stock but I've had to sideload a few apps to get what I consider full functionality for myself (messaging and music apps).
Obviously in the meantime I'm happy to answer questions!
