Waar ik het niet helemaal mee eens ben is dat het lijkt alsof in dit voorstel woningkopers tegen hun maximum aan moeten lenen. Alsof zuinig willen zijn en iets kleiner willen wonen om je lasten laag te houden een kriem is.
@Tiamo @qat precies dat! wij hebben dat expres gedaan (toen het nog kon, tegenwoordig zouden we wel maximaal moeten om iets te kunnen vinden). Gaf mijn man de ruimte om een extra master te doen en naar een minder betaalde carrière te switchen. Je maakt mensen een slaaf van hun hypotheek zo.
