Seems like an interesting way to play the game
I don’t disagree, but it’s a late/end game choice. By the time you get it, you’ve probably got most of the cyberwear you want. This will just give you one more high value piece.
Considering the loss of sandy or deck, the juice isn’t worth the squeeze imo.
Still, when I play my borg’ed out V I’ll give it a run
