SimpleLogin. It’s owned by Proton, and I use their VPN and mail quite a bit. And it can be integrated with BitWarden to generate random usernames that forward to your mail account

Personally I chose Firefox Relay since I managed to grab premium for 1$/month, and I could integrate it with Bitwarden through the API.

Use Duck Duck Go email protection. It's free and works great. And they even enabled replies

I’ve been using SimpleLogin for over a year and it’s been great. I also pay for Proton Mail, so I get SimpleLogin Premium for free.
