Yes, but a lot of stuff sold as “pumpkin spice” in the US is made of artificial spices and is immensely sweetened, which makes it into a fairly controversial flavoring additive.
I mean maybe, but almost every flavor in the US is immensely sweetened and american hogs love their sugar. Pretty sure there are some other factors going on there…
