sometimes it’s a sampler platter of the worst posters I remember from Reddit, though in this case at least there’s no weirdo corporation enabling them

I think of this stuff as a time-saver: when they come in proudly wearing their sign and shouting their stupid shit, it’s a lot easier to know who you’re dealing with

I miss being able to instantly see somebody posted in /destiny or /redscare or /stupidpol so you could see you are replying to some fool.

Yeah but it doesn't just need the tools, it also needs the bad communities. And I doubt places like that will make the switch (which is good) unless reddit dies as a company (not likely).
