The worst part is they don't tell you where the party is. Must be one of those low key rave groups.
It's either been photoshopped, or the bottom bit was cut off with scissors. Either way, the text alignment relative to the bottom of the page suggests modification. Maybe it never existed. Maybe the party info was removed by someone with a pocket knife for irony.
This is now canon in the lore. I propose a time heist.
