I asked admin of my instance few minutes ago and didn't get reply yet, but it seems your instance(mastodon.sdf.org) blocks pone.social.

EDIT: my instance isn't blocking mastodon.sdf.org

SDF has federation issues due to them being forced to upgrade to 0.19 while the stable release is 0.18.5

They block absolutely nothing, its just technical issues.

Lemmy and Mastodon are separate SDF services. OP’s instance is blocked for “anti-lgbtq, racism”.

How was SDF forced to upgrade to 0.19? I thought when an instance upgrades is up to the choice of the instance.

From my understanding some problem with federation happened and because of that SDF upgraded the instance

There was no outgoing federation happening
