Current state of Intel Arc graphics cards on Linux? (lemmy.world)

I was offered an Intel Arc graphics card, but I couldn't find any information about how they work with Linux that was less than 7 months old. Any of you know how well Arc GPUs are currently working on Linux?

friend has one, he's happy with it. It has mesa drivers so it should work great
