Nsfw is enabled, but their rules often say no porn

Well now I'm confused, that list says some instances allow NSFW but when you check their instance rules it says they don't

There's a difference between "not safe for work" (posts which may involve nudity, drug use, or violence, among other subjects) and outright pornography.

Its okay to have skimpy or 18+ photos and content, just not for the purpose of porn. Lots of places like that on Reddit too, especially in dark humor accepting areas.
