Not specifically just London (but they have news around London). https://www.newsnow.co.uk
Its a UK based aggregator, seemed relatively not bad though they started off as a sports thing but expanded to agregate news from other sources.
This is a cool idea but the experience on mobile sucks hard. I am just rejecting one cookie consent banner after another. I don't think I've actually got to the point of reading a single article 😢.
Only briefly used it on a pc to be fair, so yeah probably not tailored too well. At least we get to keep our 🍪 : 😊

Fantastic site, took a little effort to get it working as a RSS link but it's the exact type of thing I wanted. Thank You.

I found a site called Feedfry that can create RSS feeds for sites that don't have them.
