Quebec speaks french, Canada speaks mostly english, Taiwan speaks mandarin, Mexico speaks spanish.

I'm aware, but why did he choose those flags for the thumbnail? All those languages are named for countries that have flags

Well, it's definitly not from Canada, Mexico and Quebec lol. Not sure what you're trying to say here.

Precisely. He should have used the flags from England, France, and Spain. This has been my point from the start
