I honestly discovered oat milk because it's what's best in overnight oats, and that's my wife's newest fascination. I like it a bit more than almond and soy, too.
Isn't oat milk mostly vegetable fat? It's really not very good for you at all, if I remember correctly

I'm not too sure about that link. At points he's arguing that it's got the glucose equivalent of a can of coke and the oil of french fries. Might be a fine print technicality or something, but at best that's misleading.
Granted, I don't drink it for health reasons anyway. But, the nutritional information puts most of its fat contents in the healthy unsaturated category. The added sugars are perhaps a bigger concern, but everything in moderation. It's not something I'm guzzling by the gallon.
