Why do some electronics charge quickly, while other electronics take DAYS to charge?? (files.catbox.moe)

I've got this little discreet orgasm vibe, it's still blinking "in the process of charging" after being plugged in for TWO DAYS.

Once it's fully charged the light will glow solid white.

This is the only electronic device I've ever had that takes so long to charge. Why is it like this??

I bought it from a high-end toy store, but one can never be 100% sure of the quality & integrity of internal soldering.

Yes it is one of those waterproof magnetic external chargers.

So maybe it really does need days to charge. I will keep the contacts clean.
